Windows Product Key Doesn't work

I recently bought a Windows 11 physical copy from Best Buy to install into my newly built PC. When typing in the provided product key in the box, it says that it doesn't work and that I need to get a new one. Installing the Windows 11 was fine, it was just a matter of activating it using the product key. I can't reach any person to call or talk to either, just directing me here.
