Hello,Whenever I would open my PC, it would always say “Scanning and Repairing Drive 
D): 100% complete” then my PC would open. However, I cannot seem to open to open my File Explorer, and other windows processes (taskbar, my app icons) would hang, or my screen would just appear gray. Other apps would work fine though, like Chrome and Spotify.Already tried /sfc /scannow, and it didn’t seem to fix the problem.
