Windows Pro Upgrade Purchased but Installed Windows Enterprise PLUS Failed Activation

Bought a new ASUS ROG 18" laptop from Best Buy that came with Windows 11 HomeI upgraded to Windows 11 Pro from Microsoft Store (paying $99). After purchase the system when through upgrade process. When upgrade complete system settings shows Windows 11 Enterprise edition was installed and I CANNOT activate Windows. System gives the error "We can't activate Windows on this device because you don't have a valid digital license or product key. Error Code 0xC004C003".
