Windows Printer Properties Dialog Box

I just replaced an old HP printer with a new one. When I click Printer Properties with this new printer, I get this pop-up:Question #1: Is this a Windows Printer Properties dialog box , or HP software pop-up? HP says it’s Windows, but I never saw this pop-up with my old printer!Question #2: With my old printer, the Printer Properties Dialog Box would pop up quickly, and I could make changes. This new dialog box takes 20+ seconds to pop up on the screen every time.
