Windows Power Modes missing after Clean installing 24H2

Hi!After clean installing 24H2, my windows power modes were missing. My power plans (the ones in Control panel) are set to "Balanced by default"What I mean by missing was the one in settings with the three modes:> Best power Efficiency > Balanced > Best performance Here's a picture of my predicament
