Windows PIN

I recently changed my login on Windows 10 to ask me for a PIN. Two day ago it asked me to change to a new PIN but I was in a hurry, didn't pay much attention and didn't write it down. Now I just cannot enter my own laptop and it's making me feel desperate. It eventually asks for my MS local password but I don't remember it either. My MS account has only one device associated which is my old laptop. I've tried safe mode boot and it also asks my pass (local MS account).
