Windows Photos displays blank screen (with audio) when viewing motion photos taken from Samsung Galaxy S22 after May 13th

As the title says, Windows Photos can display motion photos taken on my Samsung Galaxy S22. However, every picture I've taken after May 13th, when I click the button to display "motion" the screen is blank, but I can hear the picture's audio. Motion photos taken prior to May 13th display OK. All motion photos display OK on the phone itself.Photos are automatically backed up from phone to PC using One Drive.Edit to add: If I upload the file from my PC to photos.google.com, it can display the motion. So this is definitely an issue with the Photos app and not the files or phone.
