Window's photos app not moving in numerical order

I have thousands of .png files and I want to scroll through each, but when I select a .png file, for example let's say "1472" and I click the right arrow key to go to the next photo, it brings me to "2"I have the "sort by" settings in the "View" tab to "Name" and "Ascending"
