Windows Photos app features don't work

Hello, I have this problem already for a while. When I open a picture in the Photos app in my windows 10 computer (Laptop), the different features like AI-copilot, editing using the video editor, etc., are not clickable. You can see that I signed them in red circles in the screenshot attached to this question. To summarize, almost the entire top toolbar is not responding when I am clicking on the different icons. How can I solve this problem?I have the latest version of windows 10 installed.
