Windows pc health check won't install

I'm trying to install windows 11 using the installation assistant it tells me right at the start to use the pc health check app to check compatibility so I downloaded the windows pc health check app when I try to install the health check app the set up window comes up and the progress bar for the installation does not move or fill up at all for about half an hour then I get a message box pop up saying 'Installer is no longer responding'
