Windows PC freezes on boot UNLESS I open the BIOS first

This issue is literally driving me insane. I've asked for help on several forums, with plenty of suggestions but none have resolved the issue.For the past 3 weeks, my computer has been freezing on the Windows boot screen - the spinning circle will freeze in place, and the computer never starts. However, very strangely, if I open the BIOS and then exit, the computer boots normally. It's worth mentioning that most repair tools (Automatic Repair, Startup Repair, etc.) are also freezing in the same way - and even a Windows recovery USB sometimes freezes.I've tried an absurd list of things:Turning
