A couple of months ago a network computer changed our password. My computer is the admin and when I tried to log on with my old password I couldn’t. The new one worked fine. Since the password has been changed my quickbooks won’t communicate with the network computer. There’s only two of us on the network. I have to call quickbooks weekly and they temporarily fix it but one of the service reps think its due to the password change. When they reconnect it, I have to use the old password. Help please!
