Windows OS has been lost!

I had the error code 0xc000000e for a long time, so I decided to go into windows repair tools and use startup repair options, as 0xc000000e prevented the computer from booting because C:\Windows\System32\winload.exe was not found. However, this only resulted in the OS being deleted, and it comes to the black screen saying that an OS cannot be found, and I should press Ctrl + Alt + Delete to reset my computer (restart). Could there be a way to fix this?
