Windows oem cd and retail code

So I have a windows 10 pro digital retail code to use and trying to boot my new built computer on USB but it keep crashing on Windows Setup, either typing the code or selecting a hard drive to set it up. And I will be having a OEM disk and code along with it to be sent to my home. So would a physical Window 10 oem cd work with a retail digital code?It keep blue screening and reseting back to window setup for using USB.
