Windows not working properly - how do i reinstall windows with a corrupted system

I recently downloaded an anti-virus app (360) and did a check and antivirus scan, it show me that i could disable or "fix" some files and I did it and restarted my pc. I think I accidently deleted or disabled some files from windows which lead to my windows 11 system not working properly anymore. I can still login and use almost every app that i have installed that are not related to microsoft or windows (like Chrome, Discord, Games etc.) But I cannot access my settings at all, not my sound not my system nothing.
