Windows not updating 2025-01 or Malicious Software Removal

Visiting my in laws for the week and trying to get their Dell Inspiron 3480 AIO over to Windows 11. Currently running Windows 10 Home 22H2 build 19045.5371.After running Windows Update, I’m left with ‘Error encountered’ message that references code 0x80070006.
