Before i got started, i watched some tutorials to fix this issue but all of them couldn't fixed this. This group policy didn't give me the right to disable automatic updates, get updates from other microsoft products, disable check for updates by user and set automatic updates options. Literally 4 policies. I didn't do any of this because i'm linked to my hotmail email and i am pretty sure i set to home computer.
