Windows Mail App not displaying attachments from email client Roundcube

The Microsoft Mail app is not/has never displayed any attachments. Just to reiterate- the app does not DISPLAY any attachments. I can not see any attachments to open as they do not DISPLAY that there is an attachment on the email. Please understand, I am not asking why the App doesn't download the attachment, but stating that the attachment is not there at all!I can access the attachments from my phone, so my domain email client (Roundcube) settings are correct. This has to be something to do with the App. If I can't access the attachments from the App, it is useless and such Bloatware should
