Windows Logon PIN completely deleted after each restart

Hello,I am having an issue with my Windows 11 Convenience PIN to sign into the computer.After each restart/Shutdown, the PIN is completely removed, and I don't even get the option to use a PIN to sign in. No error is displayed. It's just gone.After setting the PIN back up, it will work normally, even when locking the computer or putting it to sleep/waking it up.
