windows logon account

I have a small business with 6 employees. I am running windows 11 Pro on a desktop that I need to create a logon account for each of those employees so they can remote desktop connect remotely. I do not want to create a local gust account and, but would rather create an account that I can have data shared across other desktops and their traveling laptop as well. I am currently using Microsoft 365 Business for office and collaboration services.
