Hi,We are writing to report a critical issue affecting our Windows Logo certified hardware products due to recent Windows 11 updates. As a Windows Gold partner, we are deeply concerned about its impact on our customers.Issue:Upon booting a PC with Windows 11 and our certified hardware installed, all 8 COM ports associated with the device are uninstalled.
