Windows login screen not appearing

When I have the "Show the lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen" option toggled "On" in Settings > Personalization > Lock screen in windows 11, login screen doesn't appear to login to windows. Only black with cursor. Now, I can't login. I know if turn off that settings, problem will be solved but now I can't login to turn it off. Please help
