Windows login issue

[Windows 11]

When I am trying to sign in my PC, it told me "The Microsoft account doesnt exist.Enter a different accout or get a new one" (which account works fine in the morning). So I registered a new one, after enter email address and password, it told me creat a pin, so I clicked next, it said "something went wrong. we werent able to set up your pin, you can try again or skip this step and set up a pin later", If I clicked "skip for now", it will go back to the log in page and wont let me login.
