Windows login: forgotten pin window doesn’t send a code to my email for recovering the pin.

Hi, I have forgotten my pin and I am trying to reset it. But the code that is supposed to be sent to my email for this is not being sent. I have checked the spam folder, tried multiple browsers for checking the email, tried multiple networks to connect the laptop to but with no success. I need support to reset the pin for login.Thanks!
