Windows location setting incorrect.

I am experiencing this issue with both my home computer running Windows 11 and my work laptop running windows 10. I first noticed it because the system time for both computers was changing automatically to central European time. If I disable location services the clocks can be adjusted to the right timezone and stay that way. If location services are enabled the clocks revert back to central European time whenever they go to sleep or the lock screen comes up.I used the Windows Map App to check the computer's location and on both computers it puts my location as northern Switzerland when I'm re
