Windows license issues

I just purchased a new license via the MS store for windows 11 but was not provided a key. This was done because my I originally purchased from an online vendor whom I had used previously and they also provided me my Office 2012 Pro license, which MS says is fine. Anyway, they sold me a counterfeit Windows 11 license per MS.So now the question is how do I reactivate my machine without a key? MS didn't provide one from the MS store purchase, but they did charge my CC...Any help would be appreciated. I have spent 6+ hours on hold over 3 calls. got no where...
