[Windows 11]

I had a victus laptop that had windows 11 and i upgraded it to 11 pro.. I had gotten the laptop in 2022 and upgraded it to pro in september 2022. In october 2024 my laptop ran into a problem of which windows wasn't doing a reinstall from the disk. I had to go to bestbuy to have a new fresh install of windows. Since that happened in october i needed a laptop for college so we bought a new one. Is there a way for me to get the activation for the upgrade i already bought.
