windows key suddenly does not work, even with on-screen keyboard, gaming mode is off, filterkeys off, amoury crate has windows key on, still wont work

i have tried the usual from the forums, the powershell, gaming mode, filterkeys, cmd prompts, still windows key does not workbut the FN key works except for FN-f6 with is the snipping tool, dont know what that suddenly does not work also.have a asus flow z13
