Windows key stopped working after win 11 update

i recently decided to update my laptop to win 11 and everything went fine until i feel my windows key not showing any reaction, i checked if some accessibility features accidentally turned on but it was not. tried to reinstall the driver but didnt show any improvement, tried the win lock (Fn + windows) and it's not really helping either, any clue? thnxnote: i tried using on screen keyboard to open windows explorer and it still functioning
