Windows Key + H voice typing window pops up for less than a second before closing again

Every time I try Windows Key + H, the little mic pop-up appears for less than a second, then disappears immediately. Not once has it stayed open. I can't seem to get voice typing open any other way.I've also got an ongoing issue with the dictation feature in Word not working (which I have already had a Microsoft support person remotely log into my computer to try to fix, and he was unable to fix it or figure out what was causing the issue), so I'm not sure if this is related in any way.Any suggestions on how to fix this?
