Windows keeps asking for administrator permissions, when I am the Administrator

When trying to copy or move files from folder to folder, I frequently get a message saying I need "administrator permission." However, I am the Administrator for my computer. See the images below!Could someone, please, explain this and tell me how to stop it?Thanks!
