Windows is not letting me turn on Memory Integrity because of an incompatible driver.

According to Windows security the driver below is the culprit. wdcsam64_prewin8.sysWestern Digital TechnologiesDevice: WD SES DevicePublished name: ome26.inf When I find WD SES Device in Device manager after showing hidden files it says the best drivers are already installed. What would happen if I just delete this? Will that solve the problem? Also, I can find the file ome26.inf in the folder <C:\Windows\INF> on my computer. I can also find wdcsam64_prewin8.sys in the folder <C:\Windows\System32\drivers> in my computer. Can I just delete either on
