Windows is freezing after an hour or so of use.

Using Windows 11. After being on my laptop for an hour or so it will freeze up. I will close all tabs & reopen windows. I have gone into settings & ran diagnostic tests, but nothing is coming up with any issues. What could be occurring or what should I try next?
