Windows - Internet Connectivity - No internet access when connected

Hello,I am after some assistance regarding internet connectivity and Windows/Microsoft not recognising this when my laptop is connected.My laptop connects to multiple internet sources fine and I am able to search without any issues. My issue is Windows/Microsoft is not seeming to recognise these connections and tells me that I do not have internet access... Whilst this isn't an issue when searching (as I can still do this), it is an issue when using Microsoft apps such as Outlook which tells me that I am disconnected to the internet and thus cannot send or receive emails.I have searched around
