My computer changed over to Windows 11 and did not realize until today. I am having issues with the installer. I have looked up various remedies and nothing is working. I cannot uninstall and reinstall. It shows stopped and I cannot start, when I do I get the error shown below I tried the msiexec and get the message it cannot find it. This is my computer below:Not sure what to do at this point. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I need a specific download for my business. Thank you.
