Windows installation stuck at 60% overnight.

I wanted to fresh restart my windows and I have this problem. The storage LED keeps blinking when i restart the laptop and then it completely turns off and the loading icon gets stuck. I waited like 8-9 hours and it’s still stuck. Please help me with this. Thank you.
