Windows installation issue

I’ve tried to update to windows 11 from windows 10and having the following issues:-when installing from settings and window update I get the following error ‘Stop code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION What faled: RTMGR.SYS‘-when installing from usb I get the following error ‘Stop code: IRQL_NOT LESS_OR EQUAL What failed: ntoskrnl.exe‘Windows will now not boot at all and I’m stuck.I’ve tried the following:-trouble shoot windows update -boot from safe mode -tried the windows 11 install more times than I can count-all bios and drivers are up to date-update Microsoft account to windows insider build Any
