Windows installation error

Hello guys.I am facing a problem since 3 days.I have windows 7 64 bit in my pc.When I update into windows 10 it says that some files are missing from windows 7.so I decided to reinstall windows 7.I downloaded an iso file of windows 7 and started installation.After 30% installation,My pc power supply just lost connection due to load shedding.When I started my pc again,it shows windows cannot complete installation and shows up a cmd.Here is the command what I can see in cmd:X:\WINDOWS.~BT\Windows\system32I can not continue the installationI restart my pc then it shows choose osWindows setup roll
