Firstly,I was trying to free up some space and ( maybe ) I removed one of the system files it seems though it wasn't named .sys after all , none of the desktop apps seemed to launch ( application has failed to start because it's side by side configuration is incorrect ) , and none of the repairing options seemed to help , additionally the sfc scannow command gave me this ( windows resources couldn't perform the requested operation) ,so I was trying to see if there is anything I could try before resetting my PC .(And if there is a way to retrieve that missing desktop file from any other device
