windows home fps drop

hello, I have ASUS Tuf f15 comes with windows 11 home version . for about 20 days now the games and programs runs almost with half the fps I had earlier I have been told it is a windows home problem I have NVidia 4060 with core i7 13620 h I should run 95% of the games with no problems in the same day 3 or 4 games cant reach the same fps I had before on the same device can u help me? thanks i have inserted image with the current version i have also i cant roll back updates it is locked on my pc
