Windows hello won’t work

Hello! My windows hello does not work. I have an Acer aspire 3, and previously it did work but after my main board got replaced and sent back it no longer works. I understand my computer does not have the option for fingerprint and Face ID, but pin doesn’t work either. I have no toggles for windows hello and no drivers that I can find for it. Under “Pin (windows hello)” when I click the drop down menu it says “set up”. When I press set up it asks me to enter my password.
