Windows Hello unavailable: both facial recognition and fingerprint recognition are currently unavailable

Hi! I am really frustrated that I can't seem to get this fixed. I tried multiple solution that I've seen online. There are not biometrics driver available on my Services app. On my Windows C, there is no Hello Windows folder or Face Biometrics. Please help, I have had my Asus laptop for over 6 years now and this is the first time that this happened. I have just removed my work/school account, please advise on how to get this fixed.I appreciate the help
