Windows hello suddenly stopped working

I have an Inspiron 14 2 in 1 with Windows 11. Recently, all my windows hello options are "currently unavailable." I can still sign in using my pin but fingerprint and facial recognition don't work. I've tried disconnecting my school account and restarting my computer but that made no difference. I am up to date with all my windows and device updates so I'm really not sure what the issue is. I've restarted my computer countless times with no change.
