Windows Hello Setup on the Windows 11

Hi All What can I do to set up my biometrics on the Windows 11? The Windows Hello setup page always says my camera is not installed and my biometrics are not reading, the page would just restart.I have deleted and downloaded my drivers and still nothing happens. Using the HP ZBook. Thanks in Advance.
