I recently had a motherboard failure on my desktop PC, and due to the age of the system upgraded most of the associated hardware. I chose to do a fresh install of Windows 10 Pro on a new drive, however, I'm unable to setup Windows Hello so that I can log on with a PIN like I was able to do before. Under sign in options for the PIN it says "This option is currently unavailable - click to learn more; Something went wrong. Try again later." I've been unable to find a solution to this problem, most resources say to delete the contents of the NGC folder, however there is nothing in the folder to de
