I am running Window 11 Home version 23H2 on an HP Envy 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1195G7After a system update a few weeks ago, fingerprint sign in - which is what I had been using to log in the whole time I've had this laptop - stopped working. It now says Windows Hello options are not available. I now have to type my passcode every time. I searched and saw other people saying they are having this problem, and I tried the suggestions in this post which were unsuccessful. I replied twice to the thread and have received no assistance, so I am making a new post hoping I can get help.
