Windows Hello on my computer stopped working

My windows hello stopped working so I uninstalled the facial recognition driver from Device Manager - Biometric devices. I need to reinstall...actually windows hello needs a complete reinstall I think. My facial recognition option doesn't work and neither does my fingerprint scanner....says they aren't present even though they are. How do I get window's hello working again?I have an MSI with Windows 11 and the latest updates installed.
