Windows Hello is denying my access to add my account to xbox so I can play minecraft on it.

I'm trying to add an account to my PC besides my main account so I can play Minecraft on the account I own minecraft and all my progress on but for some reason the pin is incorrect windows hello is telling me even though it's correct, I tried to do a iCloud Keychain but that didn't work either. I can sign in on the website just fine.Please help.
