Windows Hello is bloking my HP Pavillon

Good day. Yesterday I tryed several times with my fingerprint to open my PC but was not recognized and now is blocked. The anwser is that This option is desactivated due to failure to identify my fingerprint. I have to wait two hours and try again. But I have waited more than two hours and doesnt works.And I dont know way I can not enter with my PIN is also desactivated. What can I do ?
