Windows Hello is blocking me from logging in

I try logging in to my laptop on Windows 10, as always I log in with my password. Now Windows Hello has prompted me to use facial recognition to log in. I complied, but now there is a prompt to put in my PIN. I haven't used my PIN in a year, because it stopped working for me for some reason, so I don't remember what it was. If I click "I forgot my PIN" I get the message "You can reset your PIN by going to Setting > Acounts> Sign In Options". If I try to Cancel, it wont let me because I need to set up my PIN to use the device. I am stuck at log in because Windows Hello demands a PIN, and
